Terms & Conditions – The Key, House of Queens
These Terms apply to the purchase of The Key for House of Queens.
1. Nature of the purchase
By purchasing House of Queens, you acknowledge that your commitment is based on trust in the value that Mariah Lillelund chooses to bring into House of Queens during the coming year.
House of Queens will primarily be led in English. The calendar is a living framework, and dates, content, and gifts may arise or change along the way.
2. Binding period
Your purchase is binding for 12 months from the date of the purchase. This commitment applies regardless of any changes in your personal circumstances or interests during the period.
3. Payment
Payment must be made as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
If you have chosen an installment plan, you are obliged to complete the entire plan.
In case of missed payments, the following may be applied:
Reminder fees (maximum DKK 100 per reminder, up to 3 reminders, with at least 10 days between each),
Statutory interest (National Bank of Denmark’s lending rate + 8% points),
Referral to debt collection after prior notice.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital product or course you have purchased.
You acknowledge and accept that your right of withdrawal ends once you receive access/login details to the digital content.
Once access has been granted, no refunds are possible, and the withdrawal right is lost.
5. Recordings and Use of Material
All transmissions, sessions, and events may be recorded. By participating, you consent to being included in such recordings.
Recordings may be used, in full or in part, for internal purposes, training, and archiving, as well as externally in Mariah Lillelund’s business activities, including marketing, teaching, and future programs.
By registering, you accept that your voice, image, or contributions may appear in these recordings
