These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and participation in Walking on Sunshine, facilitated by Blooming Beyond Norms v/ Mariah Lillelund, including Mariah Lillelund and her team.
By purchasing access to Walking on Sunshine, you enter into a binding agreement for the selected payment period and participation.
All purchases are non-refundable, including in cases of early withdrawal, lack of participation, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, technical challenges, illness, or other unforeseen situations.
Mariah Lillelund and her team reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate participation if behavior, communication, or conduct is assessed to be misaligned with the values, ethics, safety, or framework of the space.
Any misuse of discount codes, payment systems, platform access, or breach of previous agreements may result in declined access or termination of participation without refund.
The Walking on Sunshine membership period runs from the 15th of each month, regardless of the original purchase date.
Upon purchase, participants receive immediate access to the platform, available materials, and previously released sessions during the active membership period.
This early access prior to the official membership cycle start date is provided as an additional benefit and does not alter, extend, or prorate the billing period or membership duration.
Continued access is dependent on active and completed payments.
If participation is purchased through an installment plan or recurring payment agreement, you commit to completing all scheduled payments for the agreed period.
In case of missed, delayed, or declined payments, a fee of 50 EUR per incident will be added without further notice.
If multiple payments are missed or declined, access may be suspended, the remaining balance may become immediately due, and the matter may be forwarded to debt collection or legal recovery.
Failure to actively participate in the program does not release the participant from their payment obligations.
All sessions, live calls, transmissions, teachings, community spaces, and program activities facilitated within Walking on Sunshine may be recorded.
By participating, you consent to being included in audio, video, written, and photographic recordings connected to the program.
Recordings may be used, in full or in part, for internal training, archiving, educational purposes, future program material, and marketing activities conducted by Mariah Lillelund and her team.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept that your voice, image, comments, questions, participation, or shared contributions may appear in such recordings.
Participants are not permitted to copy, distribute, share, reproduce, screen record, or publicly distribute any program content, recordings, materials, teachings, or intellectual property without prior written permission.
Mariah Lillelund and her team reserve the right to make adjustments to program content, schedules, facilitators, access structures, delivery formats, bonuses, community spaces, teaching methods, and terms where necessary.
This may include pauses, holiday breaks, restructuring of content delivery, or changes in scheduling without giving rise to refunds or compensation.
By participating in Walking on Sunshine, you acknowledge full personal responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing throughout your participation.
All teachings, sessions, transmissions, and materials are intended for educational and personal development purposes only and do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice or treatment.
Blooming Beyond Norms v/ Mariah Lillelund, including Mariah Lillelund and her team, cannot be held liable for emotional distress, personal injury, loss, technical issues, platform interruptions, or any direct or indirect consequences related to participation in the program.
Neither Blooming Beyond Norms, Mariah Lillelund, nor her team can be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including technical outages, platform failures, illness, travel disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that correct and updated contact information is provided.
If you experience any challenges regarding your participation or purchase, you agree to contact us directly so the matter may be addressed in good faith before involving third parties or public disputes.
